Shipping

Shipping costs within Germany are €6.00. The same price applies if we ship your order to Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium or Denmark.

If our stock is full, we can ship our goods within 1 to 4 business days within Germany.

We’re sorry that your order was returned. In this case, we’ll automatically refund you the full invoice amount after we have processed your order. Unfortunately, a direct reshipment is not possible. We therefore ask you to place the order again via our online store.

If you look in the shipment tracking, it is indicated in which branch the package was delivered. In most cases, you will also receive a notification from the parcel deliverer. If this is not the case, we can unfortunately not help you. In this case you have to contact DHL customer service.

We consider sustainability in every single thing we do. That's why we rely on recyclable paper bags for our packaging. Our product packaging is also FSC-certified – a seal awarded for sustainable forest management. Last but not least, your order will be shipped to you via DHL GoGreen.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your for humans clothing. If a size doesn't fit you, but you would rather like a different color or something else bothers you, you can return your goods within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Just note that we cannot take back your goods if there is make-up residue, deodorant or stains/smudges/soil on the garments.

No, unfortunately this policy does not support clothing that has gone through embroidery. However, if you do have any questions on embroidery in general, please reach out to the team anytime, you know how to find us.

No, the return is free of charge for you within Germany. Outside of Germany you have to bear the costs of the return yourself. Please send your return to:

Our tip: Add an insurance policy to your order. Then you can be sure it will arrive safely and we can refund the full purchase price.

If something doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can return it to us within 21 days. The garments must be unworn and in their original packaging. If there is make-up, deodorant or stains / contamination / soiling on the garments, we unfortunately can not accept them.

Here’s how you return your order: Fill out the return form and indicate the reason for return. Stick the return label on the outside of the parcel and hand it in at the nearest DHL/Post office. If the return label has been lost or was not in the package, please send your return to the following address:

We want to deliver the highest quality. If it happens that an item is damaged, you can easily return the item to us and of course get a full refund.

Please indicate "damaged item" as the reason for return. Contact our customer support and you will receive a free shipping code for your new order. Contact us at this email address: service@forhumans.de

If you or your practice ordered on account and the order is already paid, we will transfer the amount back to your account within 14 days after receiving the return.
